Meditations with Victoria: Routines; Balance and Power, Holding them and Breaking them, Recreating them

can be powerful
they can create stability,
focus, timing and alignment in all areas of life.
They are a Creative Map that keeps all things in divine order

Routines can also become stale and limitting
Notice when you need to break away
or recreate your formulas

Breaking formulas and routines can also
Create Internal shifts
Invoke change
Bring IN a new refreshing balance to your life
enhance spontaneity
free up energy
Refresh the mind
and help you to find
New Expression, New Balance and New Flow.

Find your Power Routines of Balance and Flow
This Combination will keep you in touch
with areas that you need to focus on..
but will also allow you the freedom
to create without boundaries...to flow smoothly

Honor both powers..
Find what works for you.
Keep trying and you will find what fits you!

If you need routine..
recognize this..and Use this Power
If you need Less a routine,
recognize this and Create!
Redirect your energy and create a new route to journey upon.

If you need BOTH
Harmonize with the right qualities that you are looking for
and Create a New Formula!
You can do it!

Be creative,
Be new,
Be open..
Listen to what you need and create that space
....and make it come to life!

As you become more In Tune with where
your Natural Harmony is flowing
your routines and new formulas
will become obvious to you...

They will bring all things into Natural Balance
It will create shifts
and open up space and options
that were not there before
And this New Rhythm creates
a Constant-Connection and Reconnection
to your Inner Flow
to what is most healthy, life-enhancing
and powerful for you and your life.
Get to know your power formulas!
Create with them!
Invoke a New World..

Finding Harmony

Dear Victoria,
I so needed these words of encouragement, thank you! I am a creature of habit ... I very much dislike breaking from my routine. However, I find that on days when I do stray, just a bit, I find myself a bit rejuvenated. Indeed, one would surmise that I would have picked up on that bit of info, no? However, there is something to be said about "safety and comfort". Your words of wisdom ring much truth. I shall endeavor to practice this insight straight away! Thank you! ~ Wishing you peaceful days ahead ...

Wonderful Victoria!

I both make and break routines. I guess I am a contradiction. :)

When routines become stale, I break them and create new ones!

Hugs to you! XXXXX

Wonderful reminder, dear Victoria! I get so stuck in routine I tend to lose the magic in spontaneity. I need routine, yet I need less routine. We humans are such paradoxes.

Lovely, uplifting words, Victoria! I have so many daily 'routines' that I must (?) follow, I decided to rename them. They are now 'rituals' instead. And so now even washing dishes and making the bed become sacred acts (so I tell myself...most days!)
Blessings! Mari

Thank you so much Victoria, for sharing with me the power of balance between routine and spontaneity. I feel the need to sit quietly and allow my present needs to speak.

En ce qui me concerne, j'aime la stabilité dans l'impossible! Les contraintes de la vie assagit ma spontanéité que je lâche alors dans ma créativité...
Merci pour cette publication.

Great wisdom! I love routines because they help me organize my time, but as an artist, they sometimes work against my creative flow. I like that you said to find balance with them both....thanks!

Such wise words!
I think routine is so important for kids. The security it offers is comforting.
As adults we seem to ebb and flow, sometimes needing the familiarity of routine and at other times needing the opposite.
Great advice to pay attention and do what you need! Thanks!

:) Thank you for this meditation. It serves as a reminder to me that I need to reevaluate what my routines are right now--I have a few things not working for me. I feel refreshed when I reevaluate and introduce new (or used but not used lately) systems, practices, and so on. This is what I will reflect and act upon this weekend.
p.s. love the amethyst!

As always your encouraging words of Wisdom are appreciated. I have a tendency towards rituals that we enjoy... not much of a person for routines since I tend to be rather spontaneous, but I certainly see the benefit of the balance of having both and recognizing what is best for you. I know for the G-Kids their routines are very important to them and any shift can set them off kilter! *winks*

Ah, these are indeed lovely true words and stunning photos as always. We do need time away from it all to change and recharge our energy levels.
I believe in everything you have said here and it is important to find your own rhythm to create natural balance.
